Gloria Overcash
Gloria received her prenatal yoga teacher training from renowned prenatal yoga expert Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, author of Bountiful, Beautiful, Blissful. Gloria brings to her classes a love for healthy pregnancy and birth, and the wisdom and experience of a mother of two. She is also a trained doula and is knowledgeable about co-sleeping, babywearing and elimination communication, having practiced attachment parenting with both of her children. It is a joy and honor for her to serve the community in this way. Gloria teaches prenatal yoga with meditation and bellydance at the Bodhi Tree Wellness Center.
